How to Work from Home

This is aimed at people with ADHD, but I'd say it's helpful for anyone. The basic elements presented here are:
  • Structure: Use time-blocking to plan out your day
  • ​Transition Time: Create rituals to help switch between tasks
  • Accountability: Check in regularly with an accountability buddy
  • Connection: Find creative ways to socialize
  • Cues: Create clear signals that it’s time to work
